SHIPPING POLICY

At AG INLOOP, we are committed to delivering our high-performance skincare products to your doorstep as safely and swiftly as possible.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days, and tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your package ships.

 

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your skincare journey with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start a return or an exchange, you must contact us first at [supportus@inloop.jp]. Please include your Order Number, product name, and a clear reason for the return or exchange in your email.

If your return is accepted, our customer support team will send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. All authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return instructions to ensure eligible processing.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
